The first detailed social, economic, and housing data from the Census 2000 were released May 23, 2002. This new information includes the demographic mini-profiles released in 2001 in addition to data on education, marital status, language spoken at home, employment, commuting to work, income, poverty, housing structure, number of rooms, housing costs, and other topics.
